When you're planning to perfect your smile, and the situation around you is changing daily, it's not so bad to make a last-minute decision to avoid additional uncertainty and delay. Our patient David from Ireland brought that kind of decision overnight and decided to buy a plane ticket and crome to Croatia, and all this during global Covid-19 pandemic.

David visited us a couple of months before the start of Covid-19 pandemic to get his NEODENT implants. He wished to transform his smile once and for all, regain his self-esteem and change his life, and he was very determined about this decision. The next thing needed to be done in order to continue the transformation of his smile was zirconium crowns on the upper and lower jaw, so we booked him an appointment in March. The work had to be postponed due to pandemic until June, with detailed arrangements to be made when we agree upon the exact date and time. Since the situation changed daily, and David didn't know whether he was going to have to self-isolate for 2 weeks upon his return, he used the good situation of decreasing the epidemiologic restrictions in Croatia and made a decision at 1 am – he bought a plane ticket for Zagreb and at 8 am he was already in Dublin airport calling us and letting us know he will be in our clinic very very soon. Surprised by this call, we've arranged all our doctoresses and successfully worked through the entire day, including David's treatment.

The whole process included preparation of the teeth of the upper and lower jaw, enlargement of the teeth, change of their shape and colour, and what was most demanding - the adjustment of the bite. You can see the transformation made in only a couple of days in our gallery.
